As a boy growing up in Arizona, I have always been interested in houses. My love for them eventually grew into a passion which took me to graduating from ASU in 1997 with an Architecture degree. My plan all throughout college was to design and sell my own homes, but the world of architecture is mostly commercial. After 17 years as an architect, I have switched gears and gotten into real estate and working with fine people, like yourself, to find the perfect home. This is my true passion.
Over the past 5 years, I have helped numerous families find their forever homes. Both in resale and helping them with building new. Whether building a new home or buying a resale home, it is important to have someone on your side. To be there with you every step of the way. Having a degree in architecture gives me a leg up on other Verrado Realtor. Along with being able to do everything other Verrado Realtor can do, I also understand what it takes to build them and it allows me to see things others cannot and what to look for.
When I am not working with clients, my wife Jen and I raise our 3 children right here in the very neighborhoods that I work. I also have a wood working company that keeps me occupied. It allows me to still be creative by designing new pieces of furniture and other labors of love.
If you are new to the AZ home buying experience, or this is your 10th home, I am able to help. Buying or selling, I have you covered. Let me know if there is anything I can do to lend a hand, I am always available.
